Our team developed a comprehensive strategy of search retargeting at the keyword level and included site retargeting. With quick learning from the campaign launch, our team was able to increase and optimize the keywords and increase frequency of visibility per prospect by limiting the recency of data used in the campaign. Adjusting recency to 10 days ensured to catch prospects early in the search for a software provider and increase the quantity of ads delivered per prospect without increasing budget. During this learning we also applied A/B testing of ad groups to ensure we were engaging prospects with the right messaging.
Through multiple tactics and optimizations, Grenis Media was able to deliver a CTR of 0.15%, nearly double the industry average and the client’s goal. The client appreciated the multiple approaches that were used to ensure success and has since added event targeting to their program continuing to leverage A/B ad testing and event specific artwork.
